An intuitive plugin that enables engineers to visually design complex composite parts & automatically extract material quantities, singular part weight and complex assembly weights & COG.
Supports single click construction drawing  creation to simplify the task of communicating layup sequences to builders all directly from within Rhino.

Simply 3D model your basic geometry using simple surfaces, set up your layer structure, assign laminate stacks and let CompositeWorks do the rest.

All reporting, laminate tables, drawings & documentation are produced using Rhino native geometry meaning you can send your .3dm files to third parties and they can view without them having to have the plugin installed. No embedded files or external links are created making a simple path to communicate your design. Simple = Good!    

Note CompositeWorks For Rhino requires NETCore to run. 
Before you Run CompositeWorks Please paste the following script into the Rhino command line to set NETCore as the runtime and then restart Rhino.
 -SetDotNetRuntime R N Enter 

To install CompositeWorks run the ” packagemanager ” command in the rhino command line and search ” CompositeWorks ” in the online tab. Click the install button. note before you install CompositeWorks ensure you have set Rhinos runtime to NETCore as explained above. 

To run CompositeWorks type the command ” LaminateDesigner ” Accept the EULA and select start 14 day trial. If you see value in the plugin then please consider purchasing a license.

currently tested in Rhino V8 Windows- it might work in Rhino V7 Windows but is untested. 
Reports are in Metric units only. If there is enough interest i will develop a imperial version. Note your Rhino model can be in imperial units and CompositeWorks will automatically convert the imperial units to metric in the reports it produces.
