These terms govern your use of the CAD Projects website and information relating to ExcelWorks. CAD Projects Australia, trading as CAD Projects (ABN 30 160 773 571), is referred to as CAD Projects, we, us or our.

Acceptance

By using our website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you purchase, install or use ExcelWorks, the applicable order terms, Refund Policy and End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also apply. If terms conflict, the more specific product or order term applies to that subject.

Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but specifications, screenshots, compatibility, pricing, availability and documentation may change. Website material is general information and is not engineering, design, legal, financial or other professional advice.

ExcelWorks licences

Unless an offer states otherwise, ExcelWorks is offered as a one-year licence for one named user and up to two Windows computers, with a 14-day trial available for evaluation. Current pricing, applicable taxes, renewal information and the final amount are displayed at checkout. Installation and use are governed by the EULA.

Purchases and FastSpring

FastSpring is the merchant of record for ExcelWorks purchases. FastSpring processes checkout, payment, tax, invoicing and eligible refunds under its buyer terms and privacy practices. You must provide accurate purchase information and protect account and licence credentials.

Intellectual property

Our website, ExcelWorks, documentation, logos, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to CAD Projects and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print website material for personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape or commercially exploit it without permission.

Microsoft, Excel, Rhino and other names may be trade marks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, harvest information, infringe rights, or use the website or Software unlawfully.

Third-party services and links

Our website and product may link to or depend on third-party services. We do not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and are not necessarily endorsements.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, website content is provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude implied terms that may lawfully be excluded and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
